Vampire Facelift (PRGF®-Endoret®) skin rejuvenation
Here at Stardent, Dr Mitra Najafi is a pioneer in the Southampton area for the technique of facial skin rejuvenation using PRGF®-Endoret® technology. With this technique she is able to isolate, concentrate and extract growth factors, a set of proteins present in your blood that are responsible for repair tissue naturally. Plasma rich in growth factors enables our proteins to rejuvenate our skin, conferring healthier appearance.
Treatment with microinjections of PRGF®-Endoret® is recommended as a preventive level starting from age of 35 to slow the ageing process, or from 45 on, with regenerative and corrective purposes.
The benefits of PRGF®-Endoret® skin rejuvenation are:
Production of own Hyaluronic acid - It stimulates the natural production of hyaluronic acid by our cells themselves avoiding treatments with hyaluronic acid with bacterial or animal origin.
Increased consistency - The PRGF®-Endoret® promotes the increase secretion of collagen and elastin. This generates a greater consistency, firmness and reduced sagging in the skin of the patient.
Hydration - PRGF®-Endoret® ensures a high level of skin hydration compared to levels obtained with other cosmetic treatments as it has been proven in clinical trials.
Wrinkle reduction - The filler effect got through the use of PRGF®- Endoret® technology attenuates the wrinkles in the infiltrated areas. The facial expression lines lose their depth similar to the way they do on the treatments with hyaluronic acid.
Skin luminosity - PRGF®-Endoret® makes skin recover the lost luminosity over the years. Patients that have gone through this innovative treatment achieve a higher lustre of their skin.
The effects of PRGF®-Endoret® microinjections are progressive and begin to be evident after 24 hours from the first application, with an increase of the smoothness and brightness of the skin with each new session. It is recommended to receive three sessions in the first three months. Subsequently, the treatment is personalised, being usual maintenance sessions one to three per year depending on age and skin type.
