As Stardent's Customer Liaison Manager, Kate Thompson helps to keep patients updated with news on the latest dental treatments and procedures.

She's very used to keeping her finger on the pulse so to speak as she has worked for more than 20 years as a journalist on regional newspapers.

Her background is in political writing but most recently she worked as the Woman & Lifestyle Editor at the Daily Echo in Southampton for five years.

She enjoys writing about health matters and won two national awards from Cancer Research UK for her coverage of Race for Life in Southampton.
